Ulrika Malm has a thorough photographic background. After studying graphic design and illustration, beside photographic education and pedagogic studies, she worked for several years as a teacher of photography, for example at well known Swedish Biskop Arnö school of Photography.

An artistic vision is the base in a lot of Ulrikas work. She can create art of a simple product shoot and her portraits sometimes have art historical references. Her main working field is fashion, beauty, portraits and still life.
